Membership dues for Fifty East Elite are $150 per month. These fees help cover the costs associated with group training, facilities, equipment, lights during the winter sessions andand administrative expenses necessary to support our activities. (PayPal offers payment plans)
1 ON 1 TRAINING

- Individualized Speed, Strength, and Conditioning Sessions
Tailored to the athlete’s specific event group (sprints, hurdles, distance, sprint and javelin).
- Event-Specific Technical Work
Sprint mechanics, hurdle form, block starts, distance pacing strategies, or field event techniques.
- Performance Assessments
Regular timed tests, technical video review, and feedback to measure progress.
- Goal Setting and Mental Preparation
Helping athletes set personal records and build race-day routines.
- Flexibility
Sessions scheduled based on athlete and coach availability (must request 48 hours in advance).
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid session charges.
